Four Winds Painting & Property Management was established in 1997 by Marcio dos Santos with a goal to provide high quality painting and maintenance for new and existing homes on Nantucket Island. We specialize in historic and fine interior and exterior painting, as well as decorative painting and custom projects. We are LEAD Paint Certified, only use Safe-Cost, non toxic zero VOC custom color paint and always use the finest products and materials. Other services we offer include property management, custom construction/renovations, drywall installation and repair, small carpentry repair, and ceramic and tile installation.
